The Global Directory of Who’s Who is proud to recognize Dr. Andre Manov, MD, for his exemplary achievements in medicine, research, and medical education. With over 27 years of clinical practice in the United States, Dr. Manov currently serves as Program Director of Transitional Year Residents and Core Faculty in Internal Medicine at Mountain View Hospital, part of the Sunrise Health GME Consortium in Las Vegas, Nevada. He also holds the position of Full Clinical Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is a professor at both Touro University Medical School in Nevada and TCU Burnett School of Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas.

Dr. Manov is board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology-Diabetology and Metabolism and holds a master’s degree in healthcare management from the University of Texas, Dallas. Originally from Bulgaria, he graduated valedictorian from the Medical University of Sofia, where he was awarded the Golden Hippocrates Statuette and Medal. He later conducted groundbreaking research as a research fellow in 1993 at London Hospital Medical College, in London, England. He described for the first time the increased expression of the adhesion molecule CD44 on snap frozen sections and cell cultures in thyroid autoimmune diseases.

A respected researcher, Dr. Manov has published over 95 peer-reviewed scientific articles in journals across the U.S., France, Bulgaria, and the U.K. He served as Chairman of Medicine at John Peter Smith Health Network in Fort Worth from 2008–2018, leading over 200 physicians and directing two major multi-center trials. At Sunrise Health GME, he is currently the Principal Investigator on a landmark study implementing Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) in internal medicine training clinics—a project that earned first place in the Quality Category at the Far West Division Research Symposium in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Dr. Manov's clinical interests focus on Type I and Type II Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome, and the use of insulin pumps and CGM technology. A recognized speaker, author of 10 book chapters in English medical texts, and Top Doctor in both Texas (2018) and Nevada (2021, 2022, 2024), Dr. Manov continues to shape the future of internal medicine through his visionary leadership and unwavering dedication to advancing healthcare standards.
